Topone Game expects the mobile number you used on the share desk. Use a number you can still receive SMS on. A spare SIM you do not check is how people lock themselves out in the first week.
The usual sign-in
- Open the app and choose login, not a fresh register, if you already finished the handoff screen.
- Enter the number in local form. The country code on the share desk is +91.
- Type the one-time code from SMS. Do not read it aloud or forward the text.
- If the app offers a PIN after that, pick one you do not use for UPI.
When the code does not come
Wait two minutes, confirm the phone has a signal, and request the code once more. Do not request it ten times. Carriers delay bursts of identical SMS. If nothing arrives, email [email protected] with the number, the time in IST, and the phone model. Call +91 22 6284 9176 if you are inside desk hours and the account already holds money.
Shared phones
Log out when you finish if anyone else uses the device. A saved session plus a saved UPI app is not a convenience. It is an open wallet. More on that sits in account safety.
