Keeping a Topone Game account secure

The account is only as private as the SMS inbox and the UPI app on the same phone. These are the habits we ask players to use. None of them require extra software.
Keep the secrets separate
- Do not reuse your UPI PIN as the app PIN.
- Do not give the one-time code to anyone who calls and claims to be the desk. We will never ask for it. We already have the number if you are the one who emailed us.
- Do not install a “helper” app that offers to play for you or to speed up a withdrawal.
- Lock the phone with a code your children and coworkers do not know.
Messages we do not send
The desk does not ask you to install a new APK from Telegram, to move money to a personal UPI ID “for verification”, or to share your screen. Our only download button is the one on the download page. Our only public email is [email protected].
If you think someone else is inside
Change the app PIN if you still can, remove saved payments in your banking app, and call +91 22 6284 9176 during desk hours. Say when you last logged in and which number is on the account.
