Fixing common Topone Game install errors

These are the install failures players actually describe to the desk, in the order we ask them to try. Work from the top. Re-downloading five times does not help if the phone is out of space.
App not installed, or package invalid
Delete the file and download it once more from the download page. Do not resume a failed download. Confirm the browser says the file is complete before you tap it.
Not enough space
Android needs room to unpack the app, not only room to store the file. Clear at least 400 MB, then try again. Photos backed up to the cloud are the usual place to recover space without removing another app you need.
A conflicting copy
If an older Topone Game icon is already on the phone, the installer may refuse the new file. Uninstall the old copy first. Uninstalling removes the local app. It does not, by itself, delete a server-side account, but you should still know the mobile number you registered.
Play Protect warning
The warning appears because the file did not come from the Play Store. Read it. Continue only if you started from our download button. If you received the file from a person, delete it and start again from this site.
